Leadership & Team development

Looking for a unique way to energise and inspire your leaders, or develop your team? Do you need a safe place to reflect, gain perspective and look forward, or develop creativity? Our leadership retreats and team development programme offer a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in nature, re-connect on a deeper level and challenge your thinking.
Why come to the farm?
Our working farm is about as far from an impersonal hotel room as you can get & we know this will help you get the results you want. Change the environment and you can change perspectives.
What will you do?
You’ll start inside (in our bright and airy barn) focusing on what you want to achieve from the day. Then you’ll head outside to reconnect with nature – go foraging, have a nature walk, or tree safari (we can recommend a range of activities). In the afternoon, you’ll have the opportunity to reflect and look at things differently, before making plans to realise change.
Of course, we’ll make sure you’re well fed and watered throughout the day with plenty of delicious refreshments and a farm lunch.
How do we do it?
Our expert facilitators will help you see what’s really going on inside your business. You will be challenged and supported to move away from the day-to-day headlines of roles and responsibilities and focus on higher leadership goals or team development.
Step away, pause, and gain perspective before imagining alternative outcomes and generating different options.
My team is still buzzing!
The real highlight for me was the atmosphere you were able to create, which allowed everyone to be so open. The progression through the day was seamless and logical - and not corporate! There was a real sense of us owning the outcome.
Caroline's insight and gentle manner, whilst also knowing when to challenge, are a rare and powerful combination and I cannot recommend her highly enough to those needing to workshop a problem or gain focus.
Review and renew your purpose: share stories, review your collective purpose, re-examine your vision and strategy.
Deepen relationships and collaboration: understand and appreciate differences, share stories and situations, identify opportunities for compromise and collaboration.
Review, reflect, and reposition performance: become a great leadership team; turn aspirations into measurable objectives; identify blocks and engage others to help you achieve.
Prevent burnout, build resilience and wellbeing: pause and connect; how to encourage positivity; striking the right balance between work and life.
Caroline is an expert facilitator and coach. She will help you get the most out of your time on the farm.
