Jennifer is Danish, but has been living in the UK for over 30 years.
From an early age, she has had a passion for baking when both her grandmother and mother taught her how to make bread. From Danish rye rolls to sweet almond pastries.
Jennifer’s belief is that time spent learning to make bread is never wasted. Water, flour and yeast can make the most wonderful breads. Her mantra is information, practice and confidence, and very soon you can turn out fresh bread.
