Jack loves, lives and breathes animals. He’s been working with animals for the last 10 years, including at the RSPCA and farms in New Zealand. He currently works for a local Farm Park, delivering high standards of animal care, husbandry and educating the public on farming practices. His broad experience ranges from reptile to cattle! He oversees the Poultry and Sheep sections, managing breeding programmes, health plans and the general husbandry care.
Jack keeps a small herd of Pedigree Berkshires which he shows nationally. He sits on the Berkshire Pig Breeder’s Club and plays an important part of representing the breed, he’s also a member of the British Pig Association
Jack has been part of the Humble by Nature team on and off since 2015, working on the farm with Tim and Sarah. We’re delighted he’s now teaching the Smallholding for Beginners and Pigs for Beginners courses!
