Abergavenny Food Festival was back (virtually) on 14th September and ran for a whole week, food lovers like you could get a taste of festival life from the comfort of your own sofa. Most of the events were free and, if you missed them first time around, you can now watch them on the Abergavenny Food Festival YouTube channel.

On Monday 14th September at 7pm, long-time festival friend Kate Humble kicked things off with her talk, A Year of Living Simply.

Kate was interviewed by BBC Wales Economics Correspondent Sarah Dickins, they spoke about the way that having ‘stuff’  is all too often peddled as the sure-fire route to happiness.
