Today we’ve had to make the desperately hard decision that hundreds, if not thousands, of small businesses have had to make.
The well-being of our guests and the farm team is our priority. We have been following government guidelines closely and it has become clear that we can’t continue to open our doors and guarantee to keep everyone safe, however hard we try.
From Monday 23rd March we will be postponing all our courses and holiday stays, probably for the next two months, but we’ll keep you posted. During this time we would like to urge everyone to follow government advice to stay home and stay safe.
We don’t want to think of this as closing down, because our farm is a working farm and, like farms all across the UK, it will keep going. It may be quieter than normal but the everyday jobs, looking after the animals and the land will continue.
We will be contacting everyone who has a booking with us. We hope to be able move your booking and welcome you to the farm later in the year. It may take some time to contact everyone so please bear with us during this process.
The team will still be hard at work, finding a way to bring Humble by Nature through these strange times and out the other side. We’ll be staying in touch with you on our website and our social media and hope to bring you regular updates from the farm, as well as ideas of things to do to keep you going.
This year is going to be tough for everyone. We don’t operate on our own, we’re part of a wider community. Now, more than ever, we would like to ask you to continue supporting small, independent businesses.
Finally, we want to say thank you to you for your support – past, present and future. Stay safe and keep well.
If you would like to contact us about your booking, the farm office will be open from 9am – midday, Monday – Friday. Please leave a message on the answerphone if we are unable to answer your call. Alternatively, send us an email.
