You might recognise BigHorn Biltong from Back to the Land with Kate Humble. When Kate met BigHorn Biltong, she knew they’d make a delicious addition to the Humble by Nature teaching team!
This hands-on course will see you learn how to make Biltong and Jerky in just one day.
Start by learning how to select the right cuts of beef, then find out how to prepare, marinade and hang the biltong. You’ll design and create your own marinade – using the seasonings and spices you like best.
Put your DIY skills to the test and make a simple biltong drying box – all parts provided and no previous experience necessary!
At the end of the day you’ll leave with your delicious biltong and your biltong box, so you can keep making it at home!
