Make the delicious beer breads that Kate made for her bread-off with Tori during her visit to Kingstone Brewery.

Bread is ready when a metal skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean – or is 70* or over with Food Thermometer.

- 100g Rye Flour
- 8g Salt

- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Spoon into a prepared bread loaf tin.
- Bake for 45 mins in oven 220c/ 425F/ gas mark 7. Until bread is hollow to tap on the bottom/ passed the skewer test or the temperature is above 70 degrees on a kitchen thermometer.
We recommend using Stone Ground Flours for the best flavour – but obviously enjoying a glass of Kingstone Beer while baking/eating it – is imperative!!
