Retreat Back to Nature

Join us for a well-being day that will reignite and reaffirm your relationship with the natural world. This full-day retreat will rejuvenate and uplift your senses, softening the body and soothing the mind.
Throughout the day we’ll explore why nature is so important to our health and well-being. You’ll learn simple and effective techniques to balance and still a busy mind.
The day starts an introduction, followed by a Hatha yoga practice to ground and connect.
After lunch, we’ll take a short stroll into the woods around the farm and connect with nature, experiencing pranayama breathing techniques and a short meditation to connect with the environment and nature.
Back at the barn, you’ll be guided through a short introductory practice of Yoga Nidra or ‘Yogi sleep’.
The day will conclude with afternoon tea and cake. You’ll leave feeling calm and nourished, with simple, yet effective relaxation techniques to use at home.

The first yoga session will focus on grounding and connecting with nature.
A short walk to discover and explore the beautiful natural world around the farm. Reconnect with nature through pranayama (breathing techniques) and a short meditation.
Back to the barn for a session on journalling and setting intentions.
An introduction and short practice of 'yogi sleep', a deeply relaxing practice.
Enjoy a slice of delicious cake and the opportunity for any further reflection, before heading off rested and relaxed.

Retreat Back to Nature will run from 10am until 4pm and includes a delicious farm lunch.
The day includes two yoga practices and a guided walk in the nature around the farm. Don’t worry if you’ve never tried yoga before. This day is suitable for all levels and abilities.
