Join us for a day of Danish Christmas bread making with Jennifer Burgos of Dough & Daughters. This bread making course will unlock the secrets of delicious festive bread to surprise, delight and share with your friends and family.
You’ll learn how to master simple sweet dough techniques, enabling you to produce fresh bread delights on Christmas morning. Today you’ll be making Danish Christmas Bread, Cinnamon Swirls and Saffron St Lucia buns or Kringle.
Not only will you master Danish breads, you will also have time to ‘hygge’ and chat during the day, when we sit down for a traditional Danish Smorgasbord lunch.
Dough and Daughters believe everyone should know to how to make bread. This course will give new bakers confidence and increase the knowledge of those more familiar with baking by first and foremost teaching you how to master the dough. Once you master the dough, the oven bakes the bread.
