Angharad Underwood of The Preservation Society & Huw Rowlands of Huw’s Kitchen are joining forces to help you make the most decadent Afternoon Tea. Huw will be sharing his brilliant baking skills, helping you make:

You’ll also make your own butter, using local cream to go with the fresh soda bread.
At the end of the day, you’ll leave with jars of jam, mille feuile and sponges, creme pattiserie, butter and a pack of soda bread ingredients. Ready for a delicious afternoon tea!
Angharad & Huw will share their preserving and baking stories and then you'll get started.

Make a delicious curd, French style strawberry jam and butter with Angharad
This course will run from 10am until 4pm and includes a delicious farm lunch.
