James North or Liz Sivewright
James and Liz will be alternating teaching these courses, but don't worry - both are equally expert in their subject!
James North has a passion for all things feathered. He specialises in Booted Bantams, but he’s also extremely knowledgeable on large fowl layers and has even developed his own strain of traditional table bird. James’ infectious enthusiasm for his little feathered friends will have you hooked.
Liz Sivewright discovered her love of poultry while working on her uncle’s egg farm. She now keeps a wide variety of birds for both breeding and for eggs. An assessor in commercial poultry management (and a qualified nurse), she also founded a hugely popular local poultry and game group.
